When going to Yushima-Tenjin in the evening, the white plum was already in bloom sweet. Take to the good old scent of a white plum. Aruji wa tasoya shiraume no kaori ni musebi haru no yo wa........ Reminds to the melody which gently attaches to the beautiful poetry of Bansui Doi This music was written by Mchiyo Miyagi in 1913. Between songs, 2 parts concert of Koto called Tegoto are included. Depiction of the spring rain which carried out the first Tegoto gently, and second Tegoto express the situation of weary spring rain. Although this is of a private matter, When I was 18 years old during my stay in Kagurazaka(Toyko) One day, I had a sudden phone call from my teacher (Miyagi Kiyoko NATIONAL TREASURE) asked if I would like to have a session right now.... which was to practice on this music. It was probably in Feburary at the time of twilight, and there were lots of memories there. I had an adivce from my teacher, that I should sing the part "hana no eda・・・" with more emotions and feelings this remains in my memory vividly even until now.. Although i cannot sing this well even til now,however it is one of the most important music which is unforgettable of mine. This evening, i had the pleasure performing this together with Ms. Kanako Fujieda during the Mionokai meeting...  HOME |
